This gives you a fantastic way to group a bunch of files for a specific project. The name that you assign won’t impact the source files and is purely used as a labelling to help you organise things in Dropzone. Just right-click a stack and choose ‘Name Stack’ from the menu or hover over a stack in Drop Bar and hit enter to assign the items in a stack a name. Any people that were added to the proof will receive a notification email to advise that they have a new proof to review.Once the proof has been activated/unlocked: Go to the drop down menu to the right of the proof and click Activate. The status of the proof shows as Submitted until it has been activated/unlocked. Before the proof can be worked on it must be activated/unlocked by the Dropzone owner (a user with at least a Supervisor profile can also do this).The owner can be changed within Dropzone settings (only a Billing Administrator or an Administrator can do this).
